- Job Description：1.Set up departmental goals and establish KPIs that meet the management requirements and align to the company objectives; 2.Perform S&OP, MPS, Weekly Production Plan, shipping plan. To find bottleneck and avoid capacity limit 3.Set forth, Implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems as required. 4.Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure responsive and efficient services; 5.Prepare and control companywide material budget according to company purchase policy; 6.Drive business results by improving material flow, accuracy of inventory data and operational efficiency with the overall goal to maximize the warehouse utilization and ensure sufficient raw material supply to meet the plant production requirements; 7.Play a key role in the support of the company's ERP system that related to material function; 8.Abnormal material usage / scrap tracking, control and prevention to minimize purchase budget and stock load.
- Requirements Description：
1.College degree, at least five years experience in supply chain field in multinational manufacturing company, and at least 3 years experience in management position;
2.Self-motivated, and measure right thing to ensure success and meet objectives; good interpersonal and communication skills and can work effectively with cross-functional teams;
3.Excellent analytical abilities and can work in a logical way;
4.Rich experience in ERP implementation or maintenance;
5.Good command of sense in OTD control versus stock level
6.Proficient in MS office: Project, Visio, Power Point, Excel, Word...
7.Good command of English in reading, writing and oral communication.
8.Work under pressure
